College Persistence is focused on college students and offers:

• Campus visit to every first year college student

• Monthly wellness check-ins

• Graduation Network Coaching (college mentoring program)

• Internship Leads

• Career exploration opportunities with top companies in Lake Country (Medline, Pfizer, Horizon Therapeutics...)

• Weekly check-ins with students on our Priority 1 list - meaning that they are high priority for not graduating from college
